- Experienced Software Engineer to Lead the Development of TENNTS’ Cutting-Edge Smart Living Solutions
Miami, Florida — April 7, 2023 — TENNTS, a rapidly growing real estate and hospitality technology brand, has announced the appointment of Daniel Sampedro as a Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Daniel will be responsible for leading the development of TENNTS’ smart living solutions, leveraging his experience in the C#-ASP.NET ecosystem and Microsoft technologies including Blazor and Entity Framework.
Daniel brings to TENNTS a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having spent years working in the computer software industry, with a demonstrated history of success. He is a strong engineering professional with an Engineer’s Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, graduated from The University of Information Sciences (UCI), Cuba. He has a passion for technology and has been instrumental in the development of numerous innovative software solutions throughout his career.

Sampedro will play a critical role in building TENNTS’ smart living solutions. He will help develop and maintain the back-end infrastructure of TENNTS’ all-in-one platform, which facilitates property operations and rental management. Sampedro will leverage his knowledge of C# and ASP.NET to create robust and scalable web APIs that connect the different components of the platform, such as the property management dashboard and the resident portal.
He will contribute to the development of TENNTS’ flagship product, ZenTENNTS, which provides full-service management for properties ranging from apartment developments to modernized hotels. Sampedro will use his expertise in Blazor to create modern and responsive user interfaces for the product and leverage the Entity Framework to handle the data storage and retrieval needs of the product.
Sampedro has the necessary skills and knowledge to develop TENNTS’ web applications using these technologies effectively helping to strengthen TENNTS’ smart living solutions, making them more robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
