We’ve got good news! Propzie has been named a “Top Miami Startup to Watch” for 2021 by Startup Stash, one of the world’s largest directories of business resources. The past year and a half has been an exercise in contrast, with 2020 leaving us reeling — and then hurrying to meet demand in 2021.
Startup Stash highlighted multiple companies as part of the burgeoning “startup ecosystem,” and we made the grade. Their introduction:
Propzie is a real estate startup that was founded in 2018 and is currently based in Miami, Florida. The company makes it easier for other businesses to manage their hospitality operations and hotels through the use of automation that is coded into their software, which helps to save money.
At Propzie, we’re poised to help Miami through its next transformation as the Magic City continues to attract record numbers of new arrivals. Part of that is through our automation and hospitality services. We are building a thriving community and attracting tenants who will contribute to the fabric of our city in many ways.
Leveraging our startup funding and local connections, Propzie is working with landlords whose tenants have evolving priorities, including new expectations for customer service, integrated tech solutions at home, and ancillary wellbeing services. This includes hybrid workers, who have more flexibility and local spending power as they live and work in dual-purpose spaces.

As Propzie continues to grow, we look forward to further developing our platform for property management. That includes offering more to property managers to better serve tenants’ needs, including how they use amenities and how they engage with their space.
